Take time to identify every single obstacle your prospect faces on their journey toward their desired outcome. Don't just focus on the obvious problems—dig deeper to uncover the hidden fears, limiting beliefs, and friction points they encounter.

For each problem, articulate a clear, specific solution. Frame these solutions as benefits by answering the question: "How will this help them overcome this particular obstacle?"

Pro tip: Start each solution statement with "How to" to ensure you're focusing on the benefit rather than the feature.

Create Strategic Delivery Vehicles

Once you've identified solutions, determine the most effective ways to deliver them. Consider these variables:

  • Level of personal attention (one-on-one, small group, one-to-many)
  • Level of effort (DIY, done-with-you, done-for-you)
  • Medium (live vs. recorded, written vs. video)
  • Response speed (immediate, within hours, scheduled times)

The secret is to identify delivery methods that are high value to clients but low cost for you to implement. These create the magical "price-to-value discrepancy" that makes offers irresistible.
