Brochure Websites Built on Ghost
Most small business sites look fine & say nothing. Here one person writes the words & builds the page from the same conversation.

Design and copy, made together
Most builders do one of these and bring in somebody else for the other. So the copy gets written one week by one person, and the design happens another week in someone else's hands, which is why small business sites end up with a handsome layout and words that say nothing, or strong words boxed into a template.
Here they're one job. The conversation that produces your copy is the same one the design comes out of, so the page looks like the business actually is rather than how a template assumes it is.
From £797, and what it covers.
Header, services, about, contact, the lot. On one page, or a handful if you need them.
The number doesn't move. You'll have it in writing after our first conversation, and two rounds of changes at the copy stage and at the design stage are included. No hourly billing. No "that'll be extra" three weeks in.
The one thing it can't cover is a shop, because I don't build those.
The bit people dread.
Writing about yourself in the third person, using words like "solutions" and "bespoke". Then finding out the design's decided by a template that only fits certain lengths of text.
You won't do the writing. You'll do the talking, which is a different skill and the one you've spent years getting good at. I ask, you answer, the page comes out of that.
Compared with the alternatives.
A template you fill in yourself: cheaper today, and it'll look like a few thousand others by the weekend. Nothing wrong with it if the only thing you want is to be found.
An agency: they'll do the same three things I do, with an account manager and a project timeline, and a number that starts higher.
Me: one person, one conversation, one page that looks like you and says something. Starting at £797 for the lot.
After launch.
Some clients hand the site back to me for updates, new photos and seasonal changes, for a monthly fee. Others take the keys and never speak to me again, which is also fine.
If something breaks in eight months, you message me, and I fix it. That's not a service tier. It's just what happens when the person who built it is still the person answering the phone.
Where I am.
South Ayrshire, working for clients Scotland-wide. Most of it happens over WhatsApp and email, so distance stopped being an issue years ago. I've worked from the Borders to the north coast.

Tell me what your business does and what you want the site to do. If I'm not right for it, I'll say so in the reply.
